Being Holistic

I had never tried homeopathy and was a little sceptical but had nothing to lose. I was blown away with the good results for my hormone issues brought on by early menopause, and Sahar's caring approach.

I was struggling with menopause symptoms and my doctor put me on hrt patches- if anything they made my symptoms worse especially with my periods- making them super heavy on days when my patch dose would change. I looked to homeopathy, via Sahar, and almost instantly felt the changes

Last November/ December, my son had a major Crohn's disease flare up. He lost 20 kilos and had to be hospitalised. With Sahar's help via her remedies, a temporary liquid diet and lots of stress free rest, my son was recovered.

I've recently fractured my toe in an accident and Sahar has been an amazing help in reducing the pain with homeopathic remedies and reiki healing. I highly recommend her for homeopathy and reiki treatments, she truly has saved my foot in many ways, the Dr had said it would take 6-8 weeks before I could be fully active and able to walk properly again but it's been a week and already I'm able to walk much better and the pain has significantly reduced thanks to Sahar.
